You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account. A parent or guardian can create an account and manage bookings on behalf of those persons under 18 years of age.
To create an account, you must select 'Login' and opt to 'Sign up' at my-trinity.trinitycollege.com. The guidance videos below show the process.
If you have forgotten your password, simply select 'Forgot password' from the login screen.
If you have previously booked a digital exam via our public booking site at https://booking.trinitycollege.com then you will already have an account that you can sign into. Please reset your password if needed in order to access your My-Trinity account.
All exams will open for booking on the afternoon of Wednesday 20 August 2025.

Exam entries can be submitted by a teacher, parent or guardian, or by candidates themselves if they are aged 18 or over. Payments can only be made by candidates or their parents/guardians.

Yes, you can set up a teacher account on My-Trinity and then invite students to an exam. They then confirm and pay for that exam. If you make bookings via your teacher account you can then view exam appointment details and results on My-Trinity.
Parents or guardians must complete the appropriate booking steps, including payment, for each individual that they wish to enrol. Teachers can invite multiple candidates to take an exam, but the appropriate confirmation steps must be completed on a per-candidate basis.
Yes please feel free to make a booking for mutiple caniddates at once and you can make a note on the booking in the additional information for each booking if you want them timetabled together.
Please find the links below to both the Classical and Jazz and Rock and Pop mass enrolment spreadsheets, you can use these to gather candidate details offline when entering multiple candidates, you can then upload this to import their details into your booking.

We do have a small number of exams not available for booking via my Trinity. If you wish to book an organ exam, duet or group exam or teaching diploma then please contact your Local Area Representative.
Unfortunately, not. Candidates/Parents or Guardians will pay by credit or debit card when confirming their booking. In future we hope to expand on this and give more payment options but for now please contact your Rep for options where a school or local authority need to pay in bulk via invoice.
Yes you can use you re entry permit at the time of booking, please see our guidance video for how to apply a re entry voucher at the payment stage.
Currently we offer debit or credit card payment to book exams but are exploring adding further payment options such as PayPal.
Please speak to your Trinity Representative who can support you if this is the case.
If you are invited to take an exam by a teacher you can click on the button in the email that says confirm attendance. Either log into an existing My-Trinity account or create a new one if needed. Please ensure the account created is done with the same email as the one you received the invite from.
Yes you can use you re entry permit when you confirm and pay for an exam you have been invited to, please see our guidance video for how to apply a re entry voucher at the payment stage.
During the booking, please ensure that you select the relevant checkbox to indicate that you have a Special Educational Need or Disability. If selected, you will receive additional information with the steps to take to provide Trinity with further information.

Please ensure that your details are accurate when confirming your exam. If you are eligible to receive a certificate, this is the information that will be used. If you notice an error after you have confirmed your exam, please speak with your school, centre or Trinity representative.

The information you enter is the information that will be used for a Trinity certificate, if you are eligible. If you notice an error after you have confirmed your exam, please speak with your Trinity representative.
If you have already booked and paid for your booking, please speak with your centre or Trinity representative if you need to make a change. Additionally, you may also cancel your booking if you are within your eligible cancellation period (up to 2 weeks after booking and payment).
Trinity's refund policy varies by exam type. See further detailed information about cancelling an exam and refund eligibility in our terms and conditions and refund policy. For exams booked via My-Trinity you have a 2 week cooling off period in which to cancel your exam and get a full refund, beyond that please contact your representative if you have extentuating circumstances and need to cancel.

When available, appointment slips will be sent to candidates, or their parents via email. This can also be downloaded from your 'Exam overview' at My-Trinity. To access your upcoming exam bookings please go to your Dashboard once you log in and look at the 'Upcoming exams' section.
Results for Trinity exams can vary by product and location. However, when available, you will receive an email to confirm when your results are ready. You can view your scoring information using your Trinity account. To access your previous exams please go to your Dashboard once you log in and look at the 'Previous exams' section.
Full exam feedback and detailed marking information is available on your written exam report. This will be sent our via the centre Representative after your exam.

If you start the payment process and don't complete it you should get an email withing approximately one hour to invite you to try payment again, please click on the link in the email to be taken back to the payment process.
If you are still having trouble paying for an entry we suggest declining or cancelled it and then either booking again or asking your teacher to invite you again depending on which route you are following.
