Trinity College London is a company (company registration no 2683033) and a registered charity in England and Wales (charity no. 1014792) and Scotland (charity no. SC049143) whose registered office is at Trinity College London, 7th Floor, 20 Upper Ground is holding and running a prize draw.
This prize draw is open to music teachers and those providing music education, aged 18 years old or above in the UK and Republic of Ireland (subject to condition 4). By entering the prize draw, you have a chance to win one of the prizes described in Condition 5b): namely as first place prize, at the choice of the winning entrant, (i) a Roland FP-10 upright digital piano with Roland KSC-FP10 stand (ii) a Yamaha FG830 acoustic guitar (natural finish) or (iii) a Premier Revolution 22” 5 piece acoustic drum kit (white finish).
For the second-place prize two winning entrants will each win a Sonos Roam 2 portable speaker, model: ROAM2R21WHT in white).
For the third place prize, at the choice of the winning entrant; a full set of Initial – Grade 8 repertoire/song printed books from Trinity College London Press for one instrument from the following:

By entering into this prize draw you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully and keep a copy for your records.
a) The prize draw will run from 10am BST on 14 September 2026 (the “Opening Date”) to 5.30pm BST on 4 October 2026 (the “Closing Date”) inclusive. Prize draw entries received after 5.30pm BST on the Closing Date are automatically disqualified.
b) To enter the prize draw, eligible entrants (see condition 4a) should (i) visit the International Music Day landing page at https://www.trinitycollege.com/local-trinity/UK/international-music-day-2026, (ii) fill out the prize draw entry form on the page, and (iii) select the box confirming that they wish to participate in the prize draw and press ‘Submit’.
c) The prize draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.
d) Trinity will not accept any responsibility for prize draw entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any technical malfunction, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind; Proof of transmission by the entrant will not be accepted as proof of receipt of entry to the prize draw.
e) These Terms and Conditions are available on the Trinity website at International Music Day 2026 prize draw terms and conditions, at https://www.trinitycollege.com/local-trinity/UK/international-music-day-2026/prize-draw-terms-and-conditions-2026 from the Opening Date to at least one month after the date that the results of the prize draw are announced.
a) The prize draw is open to all UK and Republic of Ireland residents aged 18 years or above, who provide music education to students on a one-to-one or group basis in a recognised institution or registered business setting except:
(i) employees of Trinity or its subsidiary companies;
(ii) employees of agents or suppliers of Trinity or its subsidiary companies, who are connected with the prize draw or its administration; or
(iii) members of the immediate families or households of (i) and (ii) above.
b) In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prize. Trinity may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the prize draw.
c) Trinity will not accept prize draw entries that are:
(i) automatically generated e.g. by computer or by artificial intelligence;
(ii) completed by third parties or in bulk; or
(iii) incomplete.
d) There is a limit of one entry to the prize draw per person. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted.
e) Trinity reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize draw.
a) Four winners will be chosen at random from all the eligible entries to the prize draw received by Trinity, in accordance with conditions 3(b) and 3(c) above, on 5 October 2026 by a random number generator using random.org. The results of the prize draw will be final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
b) The prizes for the winners are:
First prize: at the choice of the winning entrant; (i) a Roland FP-10 upright digital piano with Roland KSC-FP10 stand (black finish) – retail value of £439.00 (ii) a Yamaha FG830 acoustic guitar (natural finish) – retail value of £360.00 or (iii) a Premier Revolution 22” 5-piece acoustic drum kit (white finish) – retail value of £449.99.
For the second-place prize: two winning entrants will each win a Sonos Roam 2 portable speaker - model: ROAM2R21WHT in white - retail value of £179.00.
For the third-place prize: at the choice of the winning entrant; a full set of Initial – Grade 8 repertoire/song printed books from Trinity College London Press for one from:
c) The prizes are not negotiable or transferable and there is no cash alternative for the prizes.
d) Trinity reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Trinity's control makes it necessary to do so.
e) Trinity will contact the winners personally by 6 October 2026 using the email address provided with the prize draw entry.
f) Trinity must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation Trinity will publish the first name and the first initial of the surname of the winners on Trinity UK & Ireland’s ‘’ and 'Instagram' page on 7 October 2026.
g) If you object to any or all of your name being published on Trinity’s ' or 'Instagram' channels, please contact Trinity at ukmusic@trinitycollege.co.uk. In such circumstances, Trinity must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
h) If you are a winner of a prize, then to claim the prize you must confirm the preferred UK or Ireland postal address for delivery of the prize to Trinity by email by 21 October 2026.
i) If you do not claim the prize by 21 October 2026, your claim will become invalid and you will forfeit the prize, and Trinity will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described in this condition.
j) Trinity will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If you are the winner and cannot be contacted or are not available, Trinity reserves the right not to award your prize.
k) Trinity does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to claim a prize.
l) The prize will be sent to the winner by post within [30] days of being notified of their win.
By entering this prize draw, you will be providing your personal information to Trinity, including your first name, surname, email address and country/region. Trinity will process your personal information as set out in Trinity’s online privacy statement which is available at www.trinitycollege.com/page/data-protection. In addition, Trinity will process your personal information to (i) fulfil Trinity’s obligations under these Terms and Conditions and to comply with the legal obligations to which we are subject in relation to conducting the prize draw, (ii) to contact you if you are a winner and as set out in conditions 5(e) and 5(f) above. a) If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, Trinity may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the prize draw.
b) Trinity reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do.
c) These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales unless the entrant is resident in the Republic of Ireland in which case the laws of the Republic of Ireland shall apply and the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
