Transformative TeachersWebinar 25 Apr 2024

Webinar date: April 2024
Presenter: Alexsandro Silva

During this session presenter Alexsandro Silva looked at the benefits of using a variety of projects and activities in the classroom, and how they can be integrated into the curriculum. Whilst most of the activities we explored had been successfully used with pre-teens (10-12 year olds), Alexsandro also covered activities used with younger learners. As we explored these materials, we discussed some of the challenges faced, as well as how we can address them. This was a practical session in which several projects and activities you could use or adapt for your own Young Learner classroom was demonstrated.

This webinar explored:

  • The benefits of implementing projects and engaging activities with young learners.
  • Challenges we might face and how these can be addressed.
