Exam fees and enrolment form

Exam fees are based on the academic year, September — August.

The UAE is currently offering Digital exams only.

• Classical Music graded and diploma exams [Digital]
• Communication Skills grade and diploma exams [Digital]
• Drama grade and certificate exams [Digital]
• Rock & Pop grade exams [Digital]

Online enrolment form

• For digital Classical Music exams, digital Rock & Pop exams and digital Drama exams, login details are usually emailed between the 15th to the 20th of the exam month, after which candidates have twenty eight days to upload their exam submissions.
• For Communication Skills Online, exams usually run in the last two weeks of each exam month, however, exam days in certain months may differ.

Music, Rock & Pop, Drama and Communication Skills — closing times and dates for enrolments

• 16:00 on 15 December 2025 for all digital exams in January 2026
• 16:00 on 15 January 2026 for all digital exams in February 2026
• 16:00 on 16 February 2026 for all digital exams in March 2026
• 16:00 on 16 March 2026 for all digital exams in April 2026
• 16:00 on 16 March 2026 for the Music Theory exam in May 2026
• 16:00 on 15 April 2026 for all digital exams in May 2026
• 16:00 on 18 May 2026 for all digital exams in June 2026
  

The UAE Office is offering monthly exams to help candidates avoid issues with other exams, trips, school commitments and the like — please consider carefully before enroling for an exam. We are unable to move exam months after the closing date for enrolments has passed.

Refunds of exam fees are not offered.

If a candidate is absent due to illness or family emergency, the candidate can be offered a re-entry voucher for 50% of the fee paid which is valid for one year. Appropriate documentation must be submitted to the Trinity office within a week of the missed exam.

Digital exams provide more choice and flexibility in how a regulated graded qualification can be achieved. The Digital exams are permanent — even when face-to-face exams resume, candidates and teachers can still choose to take the Trinity exams digitally.
