What is ISE Digital?
The ISE Digital exam assesses students’ ability to interact in English in an authentic and meaningful way, through integrated reading into writing exam tasks and integrated listening into speaking tasks. This approach reflects communication in real-life interactive settings – where we use more than one language skill at a time.
The Integrated Skills in English (ISE) qualification covers all six levels of the CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference) from A1 to C2. This provides employers, governments and educational organisations with clear evidence of the required level of English proficiency across all four key skills: reading and writing, speaking and listening.
