This is an example of a completed Arts Award Access Fund application form which  achieves high scores. This is a made up example to show  the level of detail we require in the answers to the scored questions in the application form. This is accompanied by a made up completed high scoring example of the budget template.

Also included here is an example of a made up completed Arts Award Access Fund application form which is low scoring, accompanied by a completed low scoring budget template.
