Trinity College London Press launches Introducing Guitar 

Trinity College London Press is excited to announce the launch of Introducing Guitar by Tom Fleming, now available in print and ebook format. 

Taking guitarists through the early steps of learning notation and fretboard knowledge, this book is the ideal introduction to learning the guitar for beginners. 

Through a series of engaging and contemporary playalong pieces and exercises, each element is progressively introduced, with handy tips and ‘Did you know?’ boxes to strengthen ideas. Concepts of posture and technique are beautifully illustrated throughout, making this a great preparation for Trinity College London Acoustic Guitar or Rock & Pop Guitar exams. This book is written in standard and TAB notation. Downloadable audio (demo and playalong tracks) is included. 

Tom Fleming is a busy and experienced live and session guitarist, audio producer and mixer, and teacher. As well as an active Trinity Rock & Pop examiner he has written a number of guitar and general music tutor books. Tom has played an integral role in producing much of Trinity’s Rock & Pop material where he arranged the guitar pieces for the 2012 and 2017 syllabuses.
