We've launched a new series of improvisation videos on our Rock & Pop YouTube channel, developed to support the Session Skills section of our Rock & Pop exams.
The first of these videos focus on drums and guitar, but provide useful insight for teachers and students working with all Rock & Pop instruments.
Presented by Trinity Rock & Pop examiners JJ Wheeler and Tom Fleming, these new videos take us through a wide variety of music styles from the Rock & Pop syllabus at different grades.
The videos look at getting in the groove of the style and give tips on how to use specific instrumental techniques to give an authentic performance.
