Following extensive consultation with candidates, teachers and examiners, Trinity Guildhall has revised the criteria for Drum Kit pieces with effect from June 1st 2008. The new scheme recognises the high priority rightly given to the candidate's ability to maintain steady time, and more realistically captures and reflects the true nature of the performances given.
