Trinity College London celebrates the coronation of His Majesty King Charles III and Her Majesty Queen Camilla

On Saturday 6 May 2023, Trinity College London will join the United Kingdom, the Realms, the Commonwealth, and our Royal Patron HRH The Duke of Kent, in celebrating the coronation of His Majesty King Charles III and Her Majesty Queen Camilla.

His Majesty has worked closely with many organisations, publicly supporting a wide variety of causes relating to the environment, rural communities, the built environment, health, education, and the arts.

It is a special moment for the country to celebrate the coronation of a new monarch and we are delighted to see that His Majesty’s lifelong support and interest in the arts is evident in the celebrations. It is apparent in the twelve newly commissioned pieces that will be heard at the coronation, as well as in the spectacular Coronation Concert scheduled for Sunday, 7 May at Windsor Castle, which will highlight the nation's diverse cultural heritage in music, theatre and dance.
