Recording of Drama exams

As of the current examining session Drama Panel Members have been asked to use audio recording devices following a trial period as part of Trinity’s commitment to quality assurance. The recordings will be used for monitoring and appeals processes and are for the benefit of the candidate and examiner. Examiners are provided with the audio recording devices by Trinity, and all exams are recorded unless stated otherwise. Recordings of exams are retained at Trinity’s central office and not made available to centres or candidates.

These procedures are an essential feature of Trinity’s commitment to the consistency of marking and administration by its examiners and are in no way detrimental to the candidate. Entrance for the Trinity exams constitutes acceptance of all the quality assurance procedures.

Candidate privacy and data are protected under the UK Data Protection Act 1998.
