Trinity supports music students to attend PianoDay

14 May 2013
Markson Pianos is hosting the inaugural PianoDay London (link to their website) on Sunday 2 June 2013 at Lauderdale House in Highgate. The full day event brings together nine concert pianists from eight countries who will be performing compositions from Beethoven, Chopin, Bach, Mozart, Glavina, Prokofiev, Barber, Delorko and many more. In addition there will be a lecture on The History of the Piano and an evening reception followed by a concert.
Trinity College London is delighted to be helping to make the event affordable to music students. Vicky Yannoula, Music Syllabus Manager at Trinity, said, “As a music student, it is so important to have the opportunity to hear and see concert pianists perform. Often these concerts are unaffordable to students so we are very pleased to be able to offer music students a reduced ticket price so that they may enjoy the wonderful repertoire on offer at PianoDay.”
