After your test


GESE: Graded Examination in Spoken English

  • Your provisional result will be emailed to you by 9am (the day after your test).
  • Once your result is approved (between 4-7 days after your test) you will receive an email with your final result. If you have passed you can use your UER number on your UKVI visa application.
  • Certificates are sent within seven days of taking your GESE test.

ISE: Integrated Skills in English

  • Results and certificates will be issued and sent within 21 days of taking your ISE test.
  • You can also use our online portal to check you result. Results can take up to 21 days to appear on the portal.

Certificate delivery options

Secure Delivery - £12.50

  • Royal Mail secure, insured, tracked and guaranteed delivery
  • If you did not select the Secure Delivery option when you booked your exam you can do so within 48 hours of your exam. To purchase Secure Delivery call us on 0333 358 3183 Monday to Friday 8.00am -8.00pm or Saturday and Sunday 8.00am – 5.30pm.
  • This service will require that your certificate is signed for at the delivery address. Your certificate will not arrive any faster but it reduces the chance of your certificate getting lost.

Non-secure Delivery – Free

  • If you do not select Secure Delivery your certificate will be sent By Royal Mail 1st class post. This is a free service but is not 100% secure nor insured.

Replacement Certificate

  • If in the future you require a replacement certificate you can call our Customer Service team to request one. The cost of a replacement certificate is £25.00.
