What is it like to work for Trinity? Here’s what some of our people say...

"Trinity finds itself at an exciting stage in the growth of the company. Developing ever more dynamic products to appeal to its diverse global customer base, we are building the Trinity brand in markets across the world. Dealing with the challenges this brings and working alongside talented and passionate colleagues makes Trinity a great place to work."

Mehdi Abbas, Commercial Planning Assistant

"Trinity provides a strong, stable opportunity for personal growth and is very supportive in professional career development. I was recently promoted to HR Officer on completion of my CIPD Diploma in HR Practice, funded by the company. There are plenty of opportunities to learn at Trinity and to enhance your skills with the support from your line managers and colleagues. I have always viewed Trinity as a forward thinking company with a distinctive personality that is growing vastly and I am grateful to be part of this."

Gurpreet Sadra, HR Officer

"Trinity originally employed me as an Operations Coordinator in 2007, where I spent 3 years working with our network of examiners and teams across Italy and South America. I threw my hat in the ring when the role of Business Development Manager for Drama & Language became available - a big step up, but one I thought I could manage. I was pleasantly surprised to be offered an interview, and amazed when they offered me the job. I remain incredibly grateful that I was given a chance to prove myself!"

Andrew Harrison, Business Development Manager - Drama & Language

"I have worked at Trinity for 6 years and held a number of roles during that time, allowing me to gain valuable experience and learn new skills. Trinity has helped my progression by offering management support, internal and external training programmes and encouraging me to develop by working in new areas of the business. In my current role, I was the lead implementer on a project that recently saw Trinity gain ISO 27001 certification for one of our business systems and am now looking forward to the next challenge."

Brian Philpott, Business Engagement Manager
