Organising GESE and ISE Speaking & Listening exam sessions

1) Timetabling

Exam timetables must be prepared via Trinity Online Centre Portal at least 7 days before the first exam day, as they are automatically synchronised with the examiner’s tablet a few days before the session and may not be modified later. Once completed, you can generate and print the appointment slips for each of the candidates. For further details please see Timetable Guide.

Any subsequent changes, provided that they are authorised by Trinity, involve printing all documents and therefore confirmation of results and issue of certificates may be delayed.

PLEASE NOTE: if you do not make your own timetable before the deadline, Trinity Online will automatically generate a standard timetable, with candidates in order of level and proper breaks, which may not be suitable for your centre. You are therefore advised to print your timetable in advance and Keep a backup copy in the centre for any eventuality.

2) Session details confirmation with your examiner

In order to confirm the last minute details of your session (start time, schedule, getting to your centre, emergency phone number...) the examiner will contact you via e-mail.

Remember that the hotel contact sheet is no longer needed. If your examiner has not been in touch with you 48h before the start of the session, please contact your Spain and Portugal Trinity office (remember to check your spam inbox before).

3) On the exam day

You should have printed the following: Topic Form (where applicable), GESE and/or ISE S&L Marksheet and Timetable. If they are not updated because late entries enrolments have been added, you must regenerate and print them via Trinity Centre Portal.

If organising an ISE session, the ISE notice to candidates for S&L module must be displayed in the exam waiting room.
