The centre registration page uses pop ups and the most common reason for experiencing problems is that you have pop ups blocked on your system. It may be that you have special software that blocks pop ups or it might be that Internet Explorer is doing this. Try one of the following:
If you have pop up blocking software installed you will often see a box on the toolbar which says "allow pop ups on this page". Clicking this will solve the problem. Otherwise add the site www.artsaward.org.uk to your software's list of sites on which it will allow pop ups.
You may need to add this site to Internet Explorer's list of trusted sites. To do this in IE 6, click "tools" then "Internet Options". Then click on the "Security" tab and then on the "Trusted Sites" green arrow. Click on the "Sites" button, then type www.artsaward.org.uk in the box. Deselect the "require server verification" box and click OK.
